Nihya Sol was born from the founder’s lived experience of accidently growing her hair from bra-strap to tailbone length while trying to self heal from chronic stress. She leaned on her knowledge of plant medicines to strengthen her nervous system and discovered significant hair growth in the process. It was then that she realized the beauty and wellness connection within our bodies.

Nihya Sol offers elevated hair care products that address the unique needs of texture-rich hair while providing relief from heavy toxins traditionally found in hair care products targeted to women of color. In addition, we offer nourishing supplements intentionally formulated to enhance the beauty of our hair while targeting root causes of hair loss such as stress, inflammation, and imbalance of hormones and the gut microbiome.
