Q: What is your pre-order policy?


A: Nihya Sol will begin accepting pre-orders for Inner Peace Outer Glow herbal supplement on Sep. 10, 2023. Given the unique circumstances we don’t offer returns or online store credit/exchanges on pre-orders


Q: What is a pre-order?

A: A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not available for shipment yet.


Q: Why should I pre-order?

A: Purchasing pre-orders helps us to remain committed to our sustainability pledge by not sourcing ingredients more than we need as we navigate operations as a small business. In addition, this ensures that Inner Peace Outer Glow remains fresh and of the utmost quality.


Q: How does pre-order work?

A: To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once produced, we will package your pre-order item(s) and hand it/them off to our parcel carriers with your selected shipping method by the estimated shipping date. The exact delivery date of your pre-order is unknown however; an estimated shipping date is specified on Inner Peace Outer Glow product page and on the Pre-Order Status Page


Q: How do I know if an item is a pre-order?

A: Pre-order items are marked as pre-order in the product name, a “pre-order” button on applicable product pages, within the cart page, and during checkout and/or through summaries alongside the estimated shipment date.

 

Q: What about changes in delivery date?

A: We unfortunately cannot guarantee the estimated shipment date. Each pre-order has an estimated shipping date; yet this is subject to change without prior notice. If for any reason outside of our control we are unable to process and fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you ASAP.
